1. Free Trial Period
- We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users
- No credit card required to start your trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charges
- If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be processed
2. Paid Subscriptions
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid period
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods

3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

- Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund for periods where Alyna was unavailable due to our technical issues
- Billing errors: Full refund if you were charged incorrectly or without authorization
- Plan changes: Credit for unused portion when upgrading plans (not applicable for downgrades)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After 30 days from the initial purchase date
- Change of mind after 30 days
- Downgrades to lower-tier plans
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Unusual or abusive usage patterns

6. Account Termination
When you cancel your subscription, your account will be deactivated at the end of your billing cycle. You can reactivate your account at any time before the deactivation date.
Data Retention: We retain your business data for 30 days after account termination. If you reactivate within this period, all your data will be restored. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. For paid subscribers, changes will not affect refunds for purchases made before the effective date of the change.
